At a glance

The short version

  • You're in control. Cancel anytime from your account. No hidden fees, no auto-traps.
  • AI is a learning aid. Miss Wena helps your child reason — she does not replace MOE materials, teachers, or official examiners.
  • Your data is yours. Chat logs are never used to train public AI models. See our Privacy Policy.
§ 01 — Agreement

About these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.superholiclab.com and its subdomains (the "Service"), operated by Superholic Lab Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202621641M), a company incorporated in Singapore on 15 May 2026.

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be announced by email and on this page at least 14 days before they take effect.

§ 02 — Accounts

Eligibility & accounts

Accounts must be created by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or above on behalf of their child. By registering, you confirm you have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of the children whose profiles you create.

You may sign in via email and password, Google OAuth, or Apple OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, email [email protected] immediately.

Children's profiles store only a first name and school level — they are not standalone accounts and cannot be used to sign in independently.

§ 03 — Billing

Subscriptions, trial & billing

7-day free trial. New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. Trial users may attempt up to 5 questions per day. When the trial ends, paid features pause until you subscribe.

Plans & pricing. All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and exclusive of any applicable taxes.

Plan Monthly Annual Children
All Subjects S$12.99 / mo S$129.90 / yr (save 17%) 1 profile
Family S$19.99 / mo S$199.90 / yr (save 17%) up to 3 profiles

How charging works. When you click Subscribe, you authorise Superholic Lab and our payment processor (Stripe, Inc.) to charge your payment method immediately and on a recurring basis until you cancel. The first charge begins your paid term — Stripe does not extend a trial period; the trial is tracked separately within our application.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or via the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then, and we will not charge you again. We do not offer prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period — your access continues until the period ends, regardless of when you cancelled within that period.

Refunds. We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund on every paid charge. If you're not satisfied with Superholic Lab within 7 days of any subscription charge — your initial payment, a renewal, or a plan change — email [email protected] and we will process a full refund via Stripe within 5 working days. No forms, no friction, no need to justify your decision.

What "7 days" means. The 7-day window applies to each individual charge, not your account lifetime. For example, if you've been a subscriber for 6 months and decide to leave, you may request a refund of your most recent monthly charge if it was within the last 7 days. Charges older than 7 days are not refundable except where required by Singapore consumer-protection law.

Annual subscriptions. The 7-day refund window starts on the day you were charged for the annual plan. After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the term. You may still cancel at any time to prevent the next year's renewal — your access continues until the end of the paid term.

Payment processing fees. When we issue you a refund, you receive the full amount you were charged. Our payment processor (Stripe) does not return their original transaction fee to us, but this is our cost to bear, not yours — your refund will always equal your original charge.

How refunds reach you. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the charge. Refunds typically appear on your bank or card statement within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer. We have no further control over this timeline once the refund is submitted to Stripe.

Disputes and chargebacks. If you believe a charge is unauthorised or incorrect, please contact us first at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will resolve any legitimate billing issue promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.

Failed payments. If your payment method fails on renewal, we will retry up to 3 times over 14 days. If all retries fail, your subscription is paused until you update your payment details — we will not delete your data during this period.

§ 04 — AI tutor

The AI tutor clause

Our AI tutor (Miss Wena) and exam-paper generator are powered by third-party large language models, currently including Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic Claude. Different features may use different models. We may change providers or model versions at any time to improve quality, latency, or safety — without notice — provided the function of the feature remains substantially the same.

Outputs are generated to align with the Singapore MOE syllabus and SEAB exam formats, but because they are AI-generated they may occasionally be incomplete or contain errors.

Important disclaimer

AI outputs are a learning aid, not official examiner marking advice. Where accuracy matters — especially in the run-up to PSLE or formal school assessments — students and parents should verify against official MOE / SEAB materials and their child's teachers. Superholic Lab is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing MOE or SEAB.

No public training on your data. Your child's chat logs, quiz answers, and any other inputs are not used by Superholic Lab or by any of our AI providers to train their public foundation models. Inputs are processed solely to deliver the requested feature and are stored securely under our Privacy Policy.
