✓ AI is a tool, not magic: Our AI Tutor is deeply aligned with the MOE syllabus, but it's a learning aid, not an official examiner.
✓ Your data is yours: We do not sell your data, and your child's chat logs are NEVER used to train public AI models.

🤝 1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of www.superholiclab.com (the "Service"), operated by Superholic Lab Pte. Ltd., incorporated in Singapore.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

👤 2. Eligibility & Accounts

Accounts must be created by a parent or guardian aged 18 or above on behalf of their child. By registering, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of your child.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@superholiclab.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

💳 3. Subscriptions & Billing

Free Trial: New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, access will pause unless you subscribe.

Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method (via Stripe, Inc.) on a recurring basis. Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Cancellations & Refunds: You may cancel anytime via your billing dashboard. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. Refunds beyond 7 days are considered on a case-by-case basis.

🤖 4. The AI Tutor Clause

The AI Tutor feature uses advanced large language models (Anthropic) to generate educational explanations aligned with the Singapore MOE curriculum.

Important Disclaimer: While highly accurate, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. It is an educational learning aid and does not constitute official examiner marking advice. Students should verify answers against official MOE materials.

No Public Training: We strictly protect your privacy. Your child's conversation logs and inputs are never used by Anthropic or Superholic Lab to train public AI foundation models.

🛡️ 5. Acceptable Use & IP

All content on the Service (question banks, worked solutions, UI) is owned by Superholic Lab Pte. Ltd. You may not scrape, copy, redistribute, or circumvent our paywalls.

You retain ownership of any data you input. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the Service to you.

⚖️ 6. Liability & Singapore Law

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Superholic Lab Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.
